The energy of Lava Stone
Born from fire and settled into earth, lava stone is a deeply grounding root chakra stone. It is often used to steady a racing mind, to cool and release anger rather than bottle it up, and to find courage during a season of change. Because it comes from the earth in such a dramatic way, many people turn to it when they want to feel rooted and resilient.
Ways to use Lava Stone
Its porous surface makes it a natural fit for aromatherapy. Add a drop or two of your favourite essential oil to a lava bead and the scent will linger through the day.
