ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

As our business and community continues to grow, so does our commitment to our policies and processes set in place. 

Our policies and processes have been established over a long period of time; through trial and error, customer feedback, and through listening to our own internal guides and intuition.

Our goal is to create a fun, safe and inclusive space that is predictable and consistent for our community to show up in. This is a work in progress as we're always shifting, adapting and evolving. We want our processes to flow and feel seamless for everyone, including us. 

We are so grateful for each and every one of you and are so proud to be apart of this community that we've collectively created.

All paid merchandise awaiting pick-up will be held for 60 days. If customer has not picked up or made arrangements with wholehearted team in that timeframe, merchandise will be re-filed back into our inventory.
