Bloodstone has been carried as a courage stone for centuries, and it is a root chakra stone with a determined, no nonsense character. It is often used for grounding, for motivation when a task feels bigger than you are, and for standing your ground calmly rather than loudly. Many people keep it close during demanding stretches of work or training.

Ways to use Bloodstone
