Forever Loved Crystals – Submission Guidelines + Terms

We’re so grateful you’re considering giving your beloved crystal a new journey through our Forever Loved collection. This offering is rooted in community, reciprocity, and sustainability.

To ensure alignment with the energy and integrity of Wholehearted Crystal Creations, please review the following guidelines:

Primary Acceptance Criteria 
We prioritize accepting stones that were originally purchased from Wholehearted Crystal Creations. These are crystals we know and have intentionally sourced, and it allows us to continue stewarding their journey with care and authenticity.

Condition of Crystals 
Crystals must be in good condition—free from major chips, cracks (unless naturally formed), glue, or significant damage. Light wear is completely okay, especially when it’s part of the stone’s story, but we ask that each crystal be in a state that can continue to serve someone new with beauty and integrity.

Repurposed Jewelry Creations  
We’re not able to accept any jewelry, however, if you wish to have your Wholehearted item re-wrapped or restrung to uplift its energy, we offer this service for a minimal fee. Please ensure it’s a piece you originally purchased from Wholehearted Crystal Creations.

Crystals from Outside Our Store 
We are occasionally open to receiving special crystals that were not originally purchased from us, depending on space and alignment with our values. If you feel a piece is meant to be shared through this collection, you’re welcome to submit it for consideration—just note that acceptance is not guaranteed.

Energetic Preparation  
All submissions will be cleansed and energetically reset prior to being re-homed.

Final Say 
Wholehearted Crystal Creations reserves the right to respectfully decline submissions that don’t align with the vision or energetic integrity of the Forever Loved Collection – including after initial acceptance. In such cases, the crystal will be returned to you with gratitude. We appreciate your understanding and your willingness to contribute with love.

Please note: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Crystals are submitted at your own risk, and we recommend packing them carefully and securely.

If a crystal is declined due to misalignment with the condition or integrity originally described, return shipping will be at the sender’s expense. If a piece is declined due to a change in alignment on our end after prior acceptance, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Store Credit Exchange Only

Crystals submitted and accepted into the Forever Loved collection will be eligible for store credit only. We do not offer cash compensation for submissions. The value of the store credit will be determined based on the condition, type, and resale potential of the piece. This credit can be used toward any future purchase at Wholehearted Crystal Creations.

Timeframe for Review + Store Credit Issuance

Please allow up to 21 business days after receipt for us to review your submission.  Once accepted, items must be received by Wholehearted Crystal Creations within 14 business days. Upon inspection and inventory processing, a store credit will be issued at Wholehearted Crystal Creations’ discretion. Thank you for your patience and trust in us, and our process.

No Resale or Business Inventory Clause 

We do not accept crystals from resellers or business inventory. This offering is intended for personal rehoming of previously cherished stones.

Final Decision Clause

All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Wholehearted Crystals. All stones submitted and accepted become the sole property of Wholehearted Crystal Creations with no rights retained by the submitter.
