Live Sale Rules & Guidelines

Our current live schedule is as follows:

Monday 7:00-8:00pm CST with the option of an "encore" for an extended timeframe.

Wednesday 12:00-1:00pm CST

We occasionally do unboxing lives when we receive new inventory. These live sales are unique as it gives you the chance to unwrap and view BRAND NEW inventory with the option of claiming the items first at the best possible price. Be sure you turn ON on page notifications to be notified when we go live.

Please read our Live Sale Rules and Guidelines for a seamless process. These can be found below or in our Instagram highlights. 

To claim an item, comment the # listed on the board where the crystal is located and use claim language. (Example: Sold 16 or Claim 5) 

The number boxes on the board may be shared, resulting in options A, B or C. Please include this in your claim. (Example: Sold 16A or Claim 5B)

Claims using codes or prices on the item's sticker will also be accepted. 

If multiple claims for the same item are received, it will go to the first person who claimed in the order of the comments received on Laurie's device. 

Please note that the order of comments might display differently on your device and you might be experiencing a lag in the video. 

Instagram's algorithms may also block your comment and it will not be shown on Laurie's feed.

If you feel like your comment has been missed or unseen, type the word unblock and add some emojis and re-place your comment. 

If you claim an item, it's a 100% commitment to purchase. There are no put backs or swaps - please honor your claims and claim responsibly.

Invoices are almost always created within 1 hour after the sale ends, however if for some reason they aren't able to created, please give us up to 24 hours.

You can find your invoice on our online store by clicking the link in our bio on Instagram, you'll be taken to our Link Tree, select "Live Sale Invoices," scroll and find your username handle. (ie. @wholeheartedstore) or use the search bar on the online store and type "Live Sale Invoices" or select the collection on the home page.

You are responsible for paying your invoice within 48 hours. After 48 hours, unpaid items will be cancelled and the items will be restocked and you will be unable to purchase in future live sales. If you're needing a time extension, please communicate with us as we will not contact you to pay your invoice.

If you have any questions or would like to pay an alternative method, please contact us to make alternate arrangements immediately or within the first 24 hours.Â
