Wholehearted Crystal Creations ships from Regina, Saskatchewan, across Canada and worldwide. Every order is packed by hand, and shipping is calculated live at checkout so you only ever pay the real Canada Post rate for your parcel.
Shipping within Canada
We ship Canada wide with Canada Post. Your rate is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your postal code, so there are no padded or estimated shipping fees. Tracking is included and sent to you by email once your parcel is on its way.
All prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian orders never pay customs, duty or brokerage fees. Because your crystals ship from within Canada, there is no border for your parcel to cross. Orders coming into Canada from the United States or overseas are charged GST or HST once they pass a low value threshold, and couriers usually add a brokerage fee on top. Local pickup in Regina
Local customers can choose Harbour Landing Pick up at checkout at no shipping cost. Please reach out after ordering so we can arrange a pickup time that works for you. Pickup orders are typically ready within two to four days.
International shipping
We love sending crystals around the world, and we ship internationally with Canada Post. International rates are calculated at checkout the same way domestic rates are. Please note that customs duties, import taxes and any handling fees charged by your own country are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in the amount you pay us. Delivery times outside Canada vary by destination and by how quickly your local customs office processes the parcel.
How your order is packed
Crystals are fragile, and we treat them that way. Every piece is wrapped individually and cushioned for the trip. For one of a kind specimens you will receive the exact stone pictured in the listing, not a similar piece from a bin.
Tracking and questions
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. If something does not look right with your parcel, or you would like to combine orders before they go out, please get in touch and we will sort it out with you.
