Amethyst and lepidolite are the classic soothers, lepidolite for the natural lithium running through it. Blue lace agate and angelite bring a cooler, quieter kind of ease, while howlite is the one that tends to end up on the nightstand. Lithium quartz, celestite and larimar round out the shelf.

How to work with them
